#OTD Remembering one of the greatest scientific thinkers of all time. Legends like Stephen William Hawking come only once in a century. Born in Oxford in 1942, exactly 300 years after Galileo's demise, Hawking went on to pursue his graduate studies at Cambridge. When only twenty he was, he became diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) or more commonly known in the UK as Motor Neurone Disease. Hawking worked primarily in the field of general relativity and particularly on the physics of black holes. His ideas about our universe were inspired. He held Newton's chair as Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge. To tailor what you might call a 'perfect' curriculum vitae (CV), or rather resume (a more concise version of a CV), there is a lot of hassle involved in the articulation process.
