As I come closer to the peroration of my postgraduate studies here at  #JU , here's a snippet story of my, say, accumulated experience! It's been a wonderful six years: maybe a year of learning and five of loafing about! But, great it was! Honored, privileged, however you'd want to put it shall befit the praise I want to present to this: the inspirations from supportive professors, the warmth from fellow colleagues, seniors and juniors, the interactions with workpersons at the campus, and the refining fresh taste of occasional caffeine have accumutatively administered this. And I'm grateful for that to happen! I wouldn't elaborate a disquisition on this; just a few words! The summer transfer window is open as I make a move! A new chapter awaits! More goals to score! It was an honour to be rolled in as the 'Student with the Best Poster' at the SPARC Workshop on Greener Pesticide Spray Management last month, hosted at  #JadavpurUniversity . The wide arena of beautiful, experienced minds across the globe springing the halls with their ideas at the  #SaltLakeCampus  was awe-inspiring. It was a blessing to be able to learn a bit or two from the legends whose academic books on Fluid Mechanics and Thermal Sciences once shaped the me I am today. Dedicating this basal achievement to my parents and helpful professors, I hope this embarks the illumination I have always admired! As I line this prefactory in the windings of my career, a preliminary win before more to come, I just hope to keep up to it with the grace of good love and support! #FluidMechanics   #EngineeringWorkshop

In arguably the best World Cup season we've had so far all up until the finals, at least of all that I've witnessed, the ending was a classic disappointment. What's weirder is there isn't anyone in the team you can actually hold accountable for this dramatic defeat. Virat, Rohit, and Shami gave it their all and you couldn't have asked for more from them. So did Bumrah! What's even more appreciable is that this season, at least in those 10 wins, India really played like a team. The batsmen did their jobs nicely and the bowlers, all of them in the starting 11 had 10+ wickets.   Taking no respect away from the Aussies and Cummins' exceptional strategic approach, yesterday if someone or something had a bigger factor to add to the game than Travis Head, then it was the due factor, surely. ISROs Chandrayaan-3 has successfully landed on the moon. India has now created history by being the fourth nation to land on the moon after Russia, USA, and China, while India is the first country to do so on the south pole of the moon. Our honourable professor, Dr. Amitava Gupta of the Power Engineering department of Jadavpur University, was always linked with this project through several articles and media. JU was handed a number of research projects by ISRO under their RESPOND scheme and sir's scope aimed at Hardware-in-Loop simulation for autonomous landers which could be applicable for planetary explorations. A lunar lander simulator was considered in the form of a design of the actual systems. Real Madrid has the perfect 4-1-2-3 formation that has guided them to five Champions League titles in the last 9 years. As much as it feels like it, this is not just happenstance.  Everything changed for the club after the 12-13 season of the UCL, the year that Bayern Munich won their fifth Champions League title by defeating their arch rivals BVB Dortmund. The years before that, it were the PL clubs and Real's ultimate league rival FC Barcelona who dominated the UCL more prominently. If India were today to play a match against world's mighty Brazil, India would be more than happy to not concede more than three goals. Or perhaps five! A 2-0 loss might feel okay to do. A 1-0 might feel uplifting. A 1-0 'loss', might I! Not a 1-0 win, no: that's impossible! India is ranked 104 in a list of more than 200 football playing nations. Surely, the second most populated and one of the fastest developing countries in the world is capable of way more than that!  It is true to say Indian Football is in a mess. Introduction Dr. Harunori N. Yoshikawa, Institute de Physique de Nice, France, came to our university (Jadavpur University) on the 21st of September, 2022 to enlighten on Particle laden flows. The workshop was hosted jointly by Dr. Yoshikawa and Prof. Dr. Ranjan Ganguly, Dept. of Power Engineering, Jadavpur University and the eminent aim was to establish the roots that provided towards building up the WEAPS technology. Almost every member: students, scholars and  respected members otherwise closely associated with AMRA Lab (Advanced Materials, Research and Applications Lab), JU SL were invited and present throughout the 11am-5pm workshop. If you really think about it, being a superhero ain't cakewalk. Of course, there's tensions involved like life risk and a serious doze of responsibility.  But, what's more of a prime concern to begin with is sustainability. Being a superhero, you will need access to ample amount of money and time by yourself, essentially if you are not a mutant or an extraterrestrial being. #OTD Remembering one of the greatest scientific thinkers of all time. Legends like Stephen William Hawking come only once in a century. Born in Oxford in 1942, exactly 300 years after Galileo's demise, Hawking went on to pursue his graduate studies at Cambridge. When only twenty he was, he became diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) or more commonly known in the UK as Motor Neurone Disease. Hawking worked primarily in the field of general relativity and particularly on the physics of black holes. His ideas about our universe were inspired. He held Newton's chair as Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge. To tailor what you might call a 'perfect' curriculum vitae (CV), or rather resume (a more concise version of a CV), there is a lot of hassle involved in the articulation process. And no matter how aesthetically or prolifically you design, it can never meet to be the best for every HR that it meets and is bound to be subject to negotiable remarks for certain aspects of it might feel revolting, while certain so very exaggerating for the recruiter. It is difficult to find an intermediate, or rather what must be said, is that there is no intermediate a stage. But a resume must be made!
